Indiana Montessori School Validation Program

Show prospective families, legislators, and regulators that you offer high quality Montessori education they can trust! The validation program includes a self-study and on-site verification by a team of trained volunteers. Quality is measured by the presence of the Montessori Essentials (AMS/AMI, MPPI 2018). The Montessori Essentials are the cornerstones of a Montessori program such as trained staff, multi-age classrooms, and Montessori materials.

 

Validation lets the Indiana Department of Education and Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) know that your school meets standards set by the Montessori community in Indiana and classifies you as a Montessori school for regulatory purposes.
